You can use OBC quota now. Caste validity certificate can be generated till some later date. You just need to attach the copy of application form for caste validity certificate.

Bt,caste validity also required on 27 june ,it is impossible to get

You can attach a copy of application form which says that you have applied to get the validity certicficate. This copy is enough for now.
