Due to the NTA System,even the people who got 500 rank last year got 18788 rank this year. Will this have any effect on JEE-ADV cutoff?

No, jEE advance cutoff is separate it won't be affected.
JEE advance cutoff depends in following factor
  • No.of candidate applied for JEE advance
  • Toughness of the paper
  • Level of the questions asked in paper
These are some of the main factor on which jEE advance cutoff depends.
