C denotes amount of DNA present in haploid set of chromosome

2c denotes amount of DNA present in diploid set of chromosome which gets duplicated in S phase of cell cycle in eukaryotes and 2c changes to 4c.

If the cell undergoes mitosis, each daughter cell will return to 2c and 2n, because it will receive half of the DNA.

so according to your question cell has still 2c so it is mitosis division.
