No. You only have to take your Admit card and a self declaration form. This form will state that you do not have any COVID 19 symptoms and you haven't come in contact with anyone with those symptoms in the recent days. You will have to fiil the details and sign it in front of the Invigilator. Apart from this, there is no test result that you need to take with you. Also take 2 passport size photographs, valid id proof like Aadhar card, Passport. Ration card, Voter's id, driving license. Affix one photograph on the self declaration form and another on the admit card. Take one transparent water bottle, masks and gloves, sanitiser 50 ml.
