Hello,

No, you cannot change your category at the time of counselling.Once you filled the application as an unreserved candidate you will be considered are unreserved candidate and the rank, merit list is prepared based on category.So there is no chance that you could provide category certificate at the time of counselling.You need to get admission under general category or wait until next year to apply under reserved category.
