No it won't affect you during admit card. Email is only for communication and admit card are not sent on it. You will get your admit card only in the concerned site. But email id is important because either to your mobile or email only further communication will be carried. During admit card please have a look on the site, because if your email is wrong you Won't Get the email notifications about the admit card releasing.
