there might be a technical glitch what ever the your marks you will be awarded with a rank there is no chance with out rank 

if you are qulified in the exam you will be given the rank if you are not getting rank means you have to consult in  your college they will tell what exactly happened so that you will come to know what is what in this process and i hpoe this will be helpful thank you
