I think that among all the subjects, English is the most simplest. It is the most basic subject, not just for the arts stream but for all streams. It is simple to read and understand.

A good stream with many opportunities is the arts. English is one of the main subjects in the arts stream. Hindi, Economics, History, Political Science, and Geography.
