Though no specific educational qualification is required to be a data entry operator but to work in efficient manner one should at least be a matriculate and senior secondary pass out.

However, higher the qualification of an operator, wider will be the scope for him to get employed in various reputed public and private organisations.

However, some good organisations like commercial banks and software development companies demands graduation with at least 60% marks to work in their organisation.
