firsly i want to clear one thing to you is that don't compare any branches because all the branches have good future but it is depend upon you that what you can do innovative in branch.

but my point of view IT field has great scope in future because it is evergreen branch.

EEE is like a mother branch and ECE is sort of derived from it. Both have a number of similar subjects. Their dissimilarity lies in that ECE has major focus on semiconductor, transistor,op-amp, microprocessor etc. EEE also touches these domains but maybe not as deeply. ECE also has communication subjects like Digital signal processing, Analog signal processing ,satellite communication etc, where as EEE has subject on motors,Transformers,Grid lines etc.

Now coming to IT branch,here you learn about processors, compilers develop algorithms etc. But at the end of the day it all comes down to your coding skills. Companies recruit you on the basics of how good a coder you are.

Packages are high in IT branch as compared to ECE or EEE. 

So you can choose according to your aligned interests.
