Hello,
            Electrical and Electronics Engineering is one of the core fields of Engineering and evergreen in terms of Scope and Job Prospects.
So,almost all colleges offer EEE . My college offers EEE and  am  doing EEE in Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore.

Some IITs including iit guwahati provides while some NITts like jamshedpur, calicut and trichy offer EEE. 

Now a days, most of engineering institutions are shifting from EE to EEE. 

 

Which college are you talking about mention it. But since EEE is one of most important core branch in engineering so it is available in 95% of engineering college
