Hello,

It is really confusing what you are actually trying to ask. You cannot fill JEE mains application form through a mobile/smartphone.
If you are talking about mobile number then, no you cannot use one mobile number to fill two different applications.I hope i cleared your doubt and if not then you can comment and ask me below.

Dear student,
You can definitely login from other devices which you did not use while filling the application form. Just remember that you give the correct details and password to login into your account. You can even login from more than one system at a time.
