Diploma candidates has eligibility to join into any of the Engineering branches. So you have eligibility to join in Electronics and Instrumentation branch in Engineering. The diploma candidates have entry into B.Tech in 2nd year of Engineering Course. So don't worry you have eligibility to join in that branch.
