Eligibility criteria for m.tech admission?

Eligibility criteria will be different for all colleges. Under GATe exam for IIT and NITs students shall need to hav ecompleted BE/Btech degrees. All IIT studnets must have particular CGPa as required for admission.

Actually my aggregate is less than 60%?
What score should I aim? And what colleges I can hope to get in? Please guide me through it
