This college is not a very good college when you compare it with Indian ranking but when you compare in state ranking that is local ranking then doing CSE from this college is a good option.

If you don't have any other option then you will get admission in this college

It is decent but only top Colleges in top100 list should be preferable like IITs, NITs, KIIT, Vjti, Sardar Patel, etc.
Placements offered here are humongous and gives lot of exponential experience in live projects.
