Apart from JEE MAIN, there are central university all over India which you can consider. The corresponding exam for it is called CUCET( Central University Common Entrance Test ) after this you can apply for more than ten Universities that accepts this CUCET score.
There are also some state level entrances exams for getting admitted to a state government engineering college. Please mention the state you belong to and I'll make sure I am helpful to you.

There are lot of state level top government engineering college under West Bengal(WBJEE) UP(UPSEE),Maharastra(MHCET),ORRISA(OJEE)
They conduct their own entrance exams for admission.

As you haven't mentioned the name of the state so it would be difficult for us to mention all the colleges here . While for your information there are so many colleges which are government and private who consider iit jee mains marks to give admission to the students. JEE main is a national engineering entrance accepted across India in different government and private institutes and universities. Here is the ranking of the colleges:-

1. IIT(all campus)
2. NIT(All campus)
3. BITs(private)
4. IIIT(all campus)
5. GFTI(in every state)
6. Private institutes

This is the ranking of colleges. The better you perform in jee main exam, you will go in the level up and get best college for graduation.

NIT accepts JEE main and IIT accepts JEE advance score. BITS has its own exam and accepts jee main too. IIIT and all other government and private institutes accept jee main and state engineering exams for intake of candidates on the basis of score and rank.
