Prabhat, Engineering is a professional course and so there are no Hindi Medium Engineering Colleges. The medium of Instruction in all Engineering Colleges will be English. Agreed that it might be difficult in the beginning to get hang of what is being taught in the College but if you can join some Spoken English Institute atleast a month before joining Engineering, you can learn what is being taught in the College quite easily.
