First of all, my personal advice would be that rather than selecting the university, you should pick the programme as per your interest area. After completion of the course, you will be leaving that particular top university and getting exposed to the industrial scenario depending on your course choice. All the courses mentioned by you are completely different from each other. So, it is advisable that you first decide in which domain are you interested in, and then put efforts to get admission in the respective top institute.

• Hotel Management- NCHM JEE
• Law- CLAT, AILET, LSAT
• Journalism & Mass Communication- IIMC entrance exam, JMI entrance exam,  GGSIPU CET Exam, Delhi University (BMMMC)
• Management- DU JAT, IPU MAT, IPMAT  

You have listed from Law to Mass Communication to Design, Hotel management and so on. It is impossible to be preparing for and writing so many entrances of totally different streams. What is the subject that interest you the most? What kind of work would you be interested in? Answer these questions for yourself, and narrow down on your options. You cannot decide your future by trying to taste every pie on the table. You need to limit your options and then work around it.
