The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the examination date of the Civil Services Preliminary examination 2019. As per the UPSC examination calendar, the civil services preliminary exam 2019 will be held on June 2 and the main exam will be conducted on September 20.

Exam details are as follows -

Stage I - A preliminary examination or CSAT (Objective Section) consisting of two objective-type papers (general studies and aptitude test).

Stage II - The main examination is a subjective section, consisting of nine papers of conventional (essay)
