You haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is because 15% seats are filled through All India Counselling conducted by Veterinary Council of India through NEET score. The rest of the seats are filled through State level Entrance examinations. For example, RPVT is the entrance exam for admission to Rajasthan Veterinary seats.
