Even after studying b tech in top iits and nits students preffer to go abroad for better jobs why?

Hi Ashok, hope you are doing well, I do agree with your question, the answer is either they are not well trained or the company where they are working is not good. As they prefer going to abroad it means that they have enough knowledge but unable to find a place to exhibit and utilize their knowledge. That's the reason they go abroad and settle well over there. I think I need not talk about common reasons like more money and prestige, I hope its well understood from the current situations.
