the basic thing is that you should be able to clear the cut off of the jee 2020. As far as the previous year is concerned your percentile is quite enough to clear the cutoff.

If so you will be able to get a seat in nit. As per the latest information, due to the pandemic there is a chance in the relaxation of cutoff for this year, which increases your chance of getting a seat.

According to Central Government, there is 10% reservation for EWS Category in academic institutes. So , 10% of seats are reserved for EWS category .  As per your percentage we cannot say exactly that you can get or not . It depends on the previous year cutoff's that changes every year .
