In Andra Pradesh starting free laptop scheme 2021. Those who are eligible for this scheme some conditions apply. Like-

1. Parents income should be less than 15k per month, get free laptop.

2. Parents income between 15k to 20k then candidate can pay only half amount of laptop.

3. Parents income more than 20k then pay full amount of laptop.

4. Candidate must study in professional courses.

5. Applicant must be permanent resident of AP State.

You didn't mention your course in above. So giving rule you have to study professional courses. And students can get free laptop only.
