There are many other exam after 12th which you can give but to become a doctor you have to give neet exam. Other exams which you can give for other careers are CLAT, ICAR, etc. These exams are for various careers like law bsc agriculture etc.

There is also direct admission in some colleges depending upon your 12th marks.
