The Telangana government has exempted non-Telugu-speaking students from studying Telugu mandatorily in Class X for the 2026-27 academic year. However, students in Class VIII must study Telugu when they move to Class IX in 2026-27. An 8-point grading system is used, with A1 (91-100) as the highest and E (0-34) as the lowest.

Have a look at the TS SSC Grading System 2026 . Hope this helps!
