Agenda 21 is the initiative taken by the united nations and it is accepted by more than 178 countries , it is a global plan of action to promote sustainable development.

Agenda 21 is the  product of the Earth Summit held in the year 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Agenda 21 was published 28 years ago in the year 1992 on 23rd April

Agenda 21 suggests central Government and state government to fight against :-

• pollution
• poverty
• Agenda 21 also suggests to save natural resources.
