If you're an OBC student from the PCB stream, the expected NEET 2025 qualifying marks are likely to be between 113 and 143 out of 720. This is the minimum score you need to pass NEET and become eligible for counselling.

But qualifying alone does not guarantee a seat. To get admission in MBBS in a government college, you usually need a much higher score—around 300 to 550 or more, depending on your state and category.

If your score is near 140 or above, you may have chances in courses like BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homeopathy), BDS (Dental), or paramedical courses in private or semi-government colleges.
