Hi,

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to use, recognise and control one's own emotions in a constructive way in order to reduce stress, overcome obstacles, communicate effectively, sympathise with others and diffuse conflict.

Some examples: Being  responsible and able to accept criticism. After making a mistake, being able to move.

Ways to Increase Your Emotional Intelligence Includes:

Assertive style of communicating should be utilized.

Respond instead of reacting to conflict.

Utilize your active listening skills.

Be motivated.

Maintain a positive attitude.

Practice self-awareness.

Take critique well.
