Hello,

This question is common among students willing to join various courses.

Candidates who failed in Class 12 in first attempt and passed in supplementary can apply for NDA and also for any other course.

The eligibility criteria mandates the candidate to pass Class 12 but does not put any restriction on the number of attempts. But you need to make sure that your age does not fall out the limit mentioned. For sure, you will loose 2 attempts in this time.

But in such case, if you happen to go to SSB, then there is high probability that in Personal Interview IO will ask you for a reason for failing. And you must be able to convince him without showing your weakness.

Hope this helps.

For any other guidance related to Written or SSB, you can post queries on Careers360.

Thanks.
