Since you already applied for PGCET, and if you have already submitted your inputs and yet failed to edit it further, then there must be some Technical reasons. I would suggest you to wait for further notification so that the designated authority opens up the panel to edit your response. If you don't receive any further notice then send a mail to their grievance mail id stating your issue.
