Hi Tanishq,

To become a fashion designer, the most important requirement is to have a highly creative mind and out of the box thinking. You should have the ability to see the unseen. If you think that you have a genuine passion for fashion designing, then you should appear for the design entrance exams, qualifying which will get you admission in a fashion school. 

 

The best fashion design institutes in India are National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and National Institute of Design (NID). Both these institutions conduct their own entrance exams for offering admissions to 2,370 and 100 Bachelor in Design/Fashion Technology seats respectively. You can check their complete details here-
