The payers can be students giving fees to their institution, DTH service providing you entertainment and even bills you pay, which follows certain systematic rules which are open to everyone.

For Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru fees, ranges between 50,000 to 70,000 INR for the first year depending on the course you choose. The fees for MBBS is maximum and for M.Sc is minimum.
