Department of IT in DIT University is one amongst the most admired branch. Department was started in the year 1999 with BTech IT program. At present the department has 500 plus students and rich experienced full time faculty in addition with some distinguished visiting professionals from industry and academia.
DIT University offers B.Tech admission for Diploma Holders to students from polytechnics who are looking for a degree course to add more skills and qualifications for better and more exciting career options. The admission to the B.Tech Second Year (Lateral Entry) would be made through the counselling based on Diploma/BSc percentage.
