Hello Prakash , BHM is a 3 years course with 6 semester , so you will have to pay the fees semester wise means in 6 month and not in every month. 

The fees structure varies from one Institution to another . It varies from 30000 to 55000 per semester, the colleges of Chennai and Kolkata are a cheaper Option.
