Hi Anuj,

In AKTU, reserved categories are given certain concessions in tution fees but the scholarships are awarded by UP government.

Annual UPTU Fee Structure

Fees Head	Amount
Registration Fee (Per Year)	Rs 1000
Tuition Fee (Per Year)	Rs 70,300
University Fee Payable to UPTU	Rs 3,550
Caution Money (one time, Refundable) after course completion	Rs 3,000
Book Bank (Per Year)	Rs 1,650
College Kit Fees	Rs 5,500
Total	Rs 85,000

If you can provide your certificate, then the entire tution fees will be waived off.
