VIT Fee for CSE comes under group-b quota and the fee you have to pay per year is 2 lakhs(approximately 1,98,000 rupees) per year that means 8L for 4 years

If you attended and secured a rank from 1 to 1000 in VITEEE you can avail a chance of a scholarship.

If you want hostel and mess facility you have pay more i.e 35k to 80k PER YEAR  for hotel and also varies for AC and NON AC and mess charges are 55k per veg, 61k for non-veg, 67k for special mess per year.
