Sorry to say but you have not elaborated your question properly. There is no college name as well as the city name you want to be admitted in. Every college and university has different facilities plus it depends on where your institution is located. So if your rooms are air conditioned or fully furnished you will charged more. And if they are normal ones with no furnishings or conditioning then the fee would be less.

Second factor is that if your college is nearby a residential area, market or school your fees will be more. So please name the college to be able to help you more properly.
