Hello!!!

Hope you are doing great!!!

Fe(OH)3 must adsorb the ion common to Fe(OH)3 and dispersion medium (water) which is OH-.So, Fe(OH)3 must adsorb OH- but  it is adsorbing Fe3+ ,because the mixture of fe(OH)3 forms a hydrated ferric oxide which is positively charged sol so it adsorbs fe3+ ions rather than OH- ions

Hope it is helpful!!!

Thank you!!!!!
