Let's see the pattern by dividing them in parts:

Part 1 -
7 + 5 = 12
12 + 9 = 21

Part 2-
5 + 11 = 16
16 + 12 = 28

We see here that in every part, the difference between the first and second numbers is rising by 6. Also, the difference between the second and third numbers is increasing by 6.

So by following the same pattern , we can find the missing number which is:
12 + 17 = 29

Hence, the missing number is 29.
