Yes, the first step for APICET 2019 counselling is Certificate verification process, but prior to that you need to do Online payment of processing fee for certificate verification. Once the payment is made, you need to print the payment receipt to show at the time of document verification. It is important to pay the processing fee, as without payment, candidates will not be allowed to attend verification process even if they are eligible and qualified.
