Du counseling occurs along with all india counseling for neet ug on the official website of mcc.

After you get alloted in Delhi college in all india round counseling through Du quota, then you have to register in Fmsc site. Their counseling occurs after admission for further checking and all.
After that you have to go to alloted college.
