Paper 1 is for 360 marks. 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer. For any incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be given for unattempted questions. Part 2 is for 390 marks. Here also 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer. For any incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be given for unattempted questions.

The marking pattern in JEE mains is as follows:

4 marks for every correct answer and 1/4th of the marks of 1 question will be deducted for every wrong answer. So, you will lose 1 mark for every wrong answer.
