For getting a medical seat under management quota in kerala , you must register in it's official site. Without registeration , you will not be eligible for any counselling of the state and so for the seat. No matter which state's domicile you hold, you can register for private medical colleges of any state. As you are candidate of Karnataka's domicile , you can register for its govt. colleges also.
