For aiims open counseling it says that you are not eligible for the open round. Why? What is the eligibility?

Hey Aspirant!

The students who have scored a minimum cut-off percentage of 50 per cent for General category, 45 per cent for OBC category and 40 per cent for SC/ST category will be eligible to appear in the open counselling. Selected candidates will have to report at Jawaharlal Auditorium at 8:30 am on August 20, 2019. 

Maybe you aren't able to clear the minimum cut off, that's why you aren't able to process further, or you might have filled wrong information.

But it's result shows only percentile. How to know the percentage.
