To start with developing a basic app i would suggest you to go with Android Studio which supports Java as well Kotlin programming languages.

Its easy to learn and a lot of tutorials,videos are available online to get a brief idea on how to start with developing a basic android app.

Once your familiar to it you could also use the following softwares:

2.Appy Pie
