Hello Aspirant.

The answer to your question is YES. For pursuing a career in B.Tech Cosmetics you'll need to have biology as a subject in your class 12. The basic requirement for B.tech in Cosmetic is that you must have passed your 12th class with Chemistry,Maths and Biology.
