You can gain more knowledge and experience in government Colleges rather than private ones and the staff is also good. Government colleges look at your knowledge but private colleges see at money, not all but some of them. Also, faculty matters to learn BAMS course and make sure to take suggestions from ex-students whichever college you choose either private or government. Make a good choice.
