Hello,
If your performance in Physics for JEE Mains is average, then you should start concentration on Physics as early as possible.
You must follow the best books for JEE Mains referred by experts
Some of the books are
  • Concepts of physics (Vol. 1 and 2) by H.C Verma
  • Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & walker
  • Understanding Physics by DC Pandey
  • Problems in General Physics by IE Irodov
  • Problems in Physics by SS Krotov
  • Understanding Physics by freedman and young
  • Problems and solutions of Physics by Shashi Bhushan

Also please practice a lot of previous year question papers and go for frequent mock tests. You can memorize the formulas by only practicing a lot of questions.

Hope it helps

Hey!

Around 1 month is left for the exam and this is the time to revise all the topics you have prepared and perform well. But if you are starting preparation of physics now, then no worries, you must have prepared well for mathematics and chemistry. Then, you just need to solve out the previous years problems of physics  this will give you idea about the pattern of questions and sometimes previous questions are also repeated. Don't lose confidence, just work hard. To check some other tips for preparation, kindly visit the link given below
