Dear Shaik, you may know that any competition they are no end line to stop preparation you will continue to develop your knowledge. In BITSAT preparation you also seek they preferred book because it is a little bit different to JEE MAIN so you need to do more effort for any other exam.

BITSAT is an exam conducted by Birla Institute Of Technical Studies for admission in its various courses. 

The course is almost similar to JEE mains exam. The paper is usually easier then JEE mains. But the number of questions in a given time limit are higher and you need to be fast in order complete the paper. 

There are also some extra part like aptitude test which is not in JEE Mains and you need to read this part to easily secure marks in BITSAT.

You can rely on JEE main preparation for subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
