The application form for B.pharma and B.tech is same via common entrance exam that is Wbjee.

There will be no separate exam for Pharmacy courses. MH CET 2018 is organized for admission in pharmacy courses.

So, you need to apply for MH CET. 

and for any states you need to apply for that state related exams.
